The disruption of COVID to our production line and our work force, combined with shipping and transport delays, backlogs in ports, and a shortage of essential components such as aluminium and other parts that have reduced production at present, are all contributing to delays. On top of this, growing popularity and awareness of the Stessl brand, and a shift away from overseas travel and an increase in holidays taken locally, has seen us experience unprecedented sales of our products putting pressure on our suppliers, and in turn theirs, to meet our increased demands.

We understand the delays are frustrating for our customers, they are as frustrating for us and for our entire industry. We are experiencing setbacks as a result of circumstances that are out of our control, and these change ETA’s on a daily basis. We appreciate your continued patience throughout these times and we encourage anyone with a boat on order to please:

• Contact the Dealership where you purchased the boat from for updates, and assistance – they will have the latest and most up to date information available. Sometimes that information may be ‘no change’ or ‘no update’ so we appreciate your patience. When new information becomes available, they will be able to pass on the details.
• Remember that if something has changed, there’s likely a valid reason behind it and that sometimes these changes are out of both the dealer’s and or our control
• Try to remain patient whilst we work to manage the increased complexity around manufacture, product supply and transportation whilst operating under COVID affected conditions and changed work environments.
