Terms & conditions of Horizon Boats products & site use

IMPORTANT The contents of this website, excluding Warranty and Warranty Provisions, will not form part of any contractual agreement. HORIZON ALUMINIUM BOATS recommends all persons comply with their local boating regulations and are familiar with safe boating practices.

This website is designed to provide you with an introduction to the Horizon Boats Products (including available optional equipment). Because of changes in conditions and circumstances Horizon Aluminium Boats* reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, and without notice, to discontinue or change the features, designs, materials, colours and other specifications and the prices of its products, and, to either permanently or temporarily withdraw any such products from the market without incurring any liability to any prospective purchaser.

Details referred to in this website are based on pre-production specifications and could be altered or deleted prior to the boat’s sale date. Because of variations which occur in manufactured products, all capacities, measurements, dimensions and weights quoted should be taken as approximate only and are subject to change.

Horizon Boats reserves the right to discontinue or change any of the exterior colours and interior trims referred to in this website at any time without notice. Every effort has been made to depict boat colours and trims as realistically as possible in this website, however some variation may occur due to printing limitations.

Always consult an authorised Horizon Boats Dealer to view actual colours and trims and for the latest information with respect to features, specifications, prices, optional equipment and availability before deciding to purchase. Horizon Boats do not offer factory direct sales or prices.

Railblaza Captains Pack Promotion

A Horizon Boats Captains Pack may be included with eligible factory-new Horizon Boats models as specified by Horizon Boats from time to time.

Captains Pack Redemption Process

Effective from 1 June 2026, all Captains Pack redemptions must be completed through the Horizon Boats online warranty registration process.

As part of the vessel handover procedure, the authorised Horizon Boats dealer is required to complete the warranty registration on behalf of the customer via the warranty registration section of the Horizon Boats website.

Once the warranty registration has been successfully submitted:

• The customer will receive confirmation of their warranty registration.

• Eligible customers will receive confirmation of their Captains Pack entitlement.

• Eligible Captains Packs will be distributed directly from the Horizon Boats factory.

Eligibility requirements for the promotion are subject to the applicable boat model, package and factory specifications at the time of purchase.

Captains Pack Contents

Each Railblaza Captains Pack currently includes:

• 2 × Adjustable Rod Holders
• 1 × StowPod storage unit
• 1 × Versatile Drink Holder (top or side mount)
• 2 × TracLoader SidePorts for vertical mounting
• 2 × StarPorts for horizontal mounting
• 1 × Ventilated mesh storage bag

Horizon Boats reserves the right to substitute, modify, update or discontinue any items included in the Captains Pack without prior notice where necessary due to product availability, supplier changes or product improvements.

Additional Conditions

• Warranty registration must be completed in full for the Captains Pack to be redeemed.
• Captains Packs are not redeemable for cash, credit or alternative products.
• Captains Packs will only be supplied to eligible customers whose warranty registration has been successfully submitted and approved.
• Horizon Boats reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and purchase details prior to fulfilment.
• Promotional inclusions may change from time to time without notice.
• This promotion is available to Australian retail customers only unless otherwise approved in writing by Horizon Boats.
